About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Relationship Manager, National Accounts is to provide support and service to the client-facing Strategic Relationship Managers, National Accounts for key intermediary home office clients and prospects. Key contacts include home office relationship management teams, sales desks, centers of influence, research teams and prospects. This role collaborates internally with Platform Development, Territory Sales and Marketing teams to help craft and implement strategic business plans to get results at intermediary clients through campaigns and corporate initiatives, supporting new and existing model and recommended list placements, driving usage of value add content and marketing support, leading conference sponsorships and other client facing activities. This role reports to VP & Head of Financial Intermediaries. This hybrid position will be based out of our Kansas City, MO office. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • At least 5 years financial industry experience and relationship management experience preferred
  • Completion of Series 7 and 63 required within one month of employment date
  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time on a quarterly basis
  • Shown investment analysis skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with Morningstar Direct, Zephyr StyleAdvisor and SalesForce CRM software preferred.
