This position is required to work in the Fairview branch office. However, periodically may be asked to work in other AFSC branches. Travel in these circumstances will be reimbursed according to AFSC’s Employee and Board of Directors Expense Policy. Reporting to a Team Leader Lending, the Relationship Manager Lending is responsible to provide lending expertise coupled with basic knowledge of specific AFSC products and some acquired knowledge of the clients’ business/operations in providing such support.

Requirements

A results focused and accountable individual that enjoys working with a portfolio of clients.
Advanced credit underwriting and risk assessment skills.
Related Diploma and two (2) years related experience

Responsibilities

Growth and management of a lending portfolio.
Prepare and submit quality loan submissions supported by strong financial analysis and risk mitigation.
Enhanced client interactions using in person and digital platforms.
