Responsible for profitable business development and monitoring the quality of an existing portfolio of companies with annual gross sales of at least $50MM and generally less than $500MM within a specific geographic area. Develops trusted advisory relationships with Senior Executives (e.g., CEO, CFO, COO) of the Company. Leads and coordinates with One Bank Partners to create and implement a relationship strategy for assigned large, complex clients and prospects. Requires a strong understanding of credit, commercial products, and financial statement analysis to offer beneficial banking solutions (e.g., loans, treasury management, capital markets) based on client needs. Expected to solicit participation in public debt issuance for clients. May specialize in a specific industry such as Health Care. Expected to actively participate in community activities. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. Achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types within the Bank's risk appetite.
