About The Position

PNC is hiring a Relationship Manager in its SMB Multi-segment organization, based in the Colorado Market and focused on commercial real estate financing and commercial lending. The role manages new and existing client relationships to grow sales, revenue, and market share, generally working with clients with basic levels of risk and complexity under a higher degree of supervision. Clients include sophisticated commercial real estate owners, investors, and developers. With direction, the Relationship Manager acquires, expands, and retains client relationships; originates, structures, and manages commercial real estate financing transactions, including construction, acquisition, bridge, and permanent financing across major commercial property types; and manages risk, return, and credit quality. The role assesses and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational, credit, and other risks, applying credit judgment to evaluate transactions in light of property cash flow, leverage, valuation, sponsorship, market dynamics, and repayment sources. The Relationship Manager identifies client opportunities and provides ideas and insights based on clients' needs and financial well-being. The role builds client engagement and loyalty, develops internal and external networks to acquire or expand relationships, presents PNC's full range of products and services, and uses reporting and sales tools to identify and convert opportunities. It also analyzes, evaluates, and mitigates credit risk using credit fundamentals and internal credit policies. PNC describes itself as an in-office company and encourages candidates to discuss workplace expectations with their recruiter and hiring manager. Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
