The program involves acquiring and maintaining a portfolio of clients and prospects from the outset, leveraging activity-based training, coaching, and rotations to learn the fundamentals of credit, treasury, and other operational services. The role emphasizes acting as a trusted advisor for clients and prospects with annual revenues between $5 million and $2 billion, identifying opportunities, and recommending integrated solutions. It requires developing an in-depth understanding of clients' corporations, organizations, industries, strategies, and needs, while responding to changes in the business environment. The position involves generating new business by leveraging ideas, insights, and relationships, and collaborating with domestic and international teammates across various departments like Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management. Facilitating client relationships with product specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services is key to ensuring integrated delivery of financial solutions within the Risk & Compliance framework. A business plan to maximize client and prospect profitability, building relationships with internal and external referral partners, and motivating/influencing client team members are also core responsibilities.
