Global Commercial Banking’s Aerospace, Defense and Emerging Technology Group (AD&T) focuses on a wide array of clients within these industry ecosystems. With a team of highly experienced Relationship Managers, the group focuses on delivering the full breadth of banking solutions that clients and prospects require to grow and achieve their strategic objectives. Members of AD&T are tasked with the critical role of coordinating across the Enterprise to deliver solutions in a seamless fashion. Further, Relationship Managers are expected, over time, to develop deep domain expertise which can be harnessed to craft proactively means to deepen client relationships and accelerate idea generation and across the industry. This job is responsible for completing a 12-month program designed to help develop foundational knowledge and business bank-specific sales and credit skills with the goal of transitioning into a Senior Relationship Manager role upon completion of the program. Key responsibilities include acquiring and maintaining a portfolio of clients and prospects from the onset. Job expectations include leveraging activity-based training modules, national, local leader and peer coaching, and rotations to learn the fundamentals of credit, treasury, and other operational services offered by the bank.
