Relationship Bankers build relationships with customers through in-person, appointment-based, and virtual channels, adapting a digital-first mindset to provide effective financial guidance. They assess customers’ banking needs, gather and process customer and account information, explain available deposit and loan products and services, and recommend solutions aligned with each customer’s goals. The role includes proactive customer outreach and follow-up, maintaining knowledge of consumer and business banking products—including digital services—and delivering a consistent client experience. Relationship Bankers also support basic transactions, open consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, submit credit applications, and educate customers about digital and self-service options. They work collaboratively with branch colleagues and use available resources and technologies to serve customers accurately and with operational excellence. The position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. Registration includes a criminal background and credit check; failure to satisfy or maintain registration requirements may result in rescission of an offer or termination of employment.
