The Relationship Banker role is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, prospective customers, and bank associates. This role fosters and strengthens retail banking customer relationships, resolves customer issues, and coordinates sales efforts across various business lines. The Relationship Banker acts as the customer's personal banker, utilizing a specific philosophy and strategy to build relationships, offer suitable products and services, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role executes retail banking initiatives through consultative relationship management, cross-sells products and services, and performs related clerical functions. They originate, retain, and maintain customer accounts, including Retail Deposit Accounts, Digital Products and Services, and Small Business Deposit Accounts. The position addresses customer inquiries, completes transactions promptly and accurately, and acts as an advocate for digital product adoption. Additionally, the Relationship Banker assists Branch Management with daily operations, such as generating reports and gathering data, and must complete ongoing training to maintain product knowledge, digital product knowledge, financial services, and sales skills. Maintaining awareness of and adherence to the Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts is crucial. Travel within the Park National footprint is expected.
