About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The role serves as a primary point of contact for customers across all segments, including affluent customers, supporting everyday banking needs through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The banker helps customers work toward financial goals through planning, digital engagement, and customized deposit, credit, and investment solutions, while also handling account openings and service requests. The Relationship Banker builds trust and long-term customer relationships through discovery-driven conversations, consultative guidance, proactive engagement, and collaboration with colleagues. The role works with partners in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to coordinate referrals and provide integrated solutions. A temporary Relationship Banker LP (license pending) position may precede the SAFE role until licensing and SAFE requirements are completed; employees in that situation participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program. The role requires the applicable FINRA and state insurance licenses within a designated timeframe, as well as SAFE registration at employment. Continued employment requires obtaining and maintaining required FINRA licenses. The position also has enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
