About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The role serves as a primary point of contact for customers across all segments, including affluent customers, supporting everyday banking needs through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The banker helps customers work toward financial goals through planning, digital engagement, and customized deposit, credit, and investment solutions, while also opening accounts and handling service requests. The role builds customer credibility and loyalty through discovery conversations, consultative guidance, and long-term relationship management. It works collaboratively with branch colleagues and partners in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to provide appropriate referrals and integrated solutions. The Relationship Banker LP (license pending) designation is temporary until licensing and SAFE requirements are completed; successful completion leads to transition into the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role. Employees hired into the LP role who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program. The position requires SAFE registration at employment and applicable FINRA and state insurance licenses within the designated timeframe. Required licenses must be maintained for continued employment. The role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
