About The Position

Wintrust is seeking a full-time Relationship Banker to join Wisconsin's Bank®. In this role, you will build and retain meaningful relationships with customers, utilizing your financial knowledge to recommend solutions that meet their needs. This dual role contributes to branch success by building lasting customer relationships, discovering financial needs, and tailoring product recommendations. You will also collaborate with business partners in Mortgage and Wealth Management to connect customers with specialized expertise, operate a teller drawer, open accounts, perform account maintenance, assist with digital products, and recognize potential fraud and risks. Depending on the shift, you may be responsible for bank opening/closing and supporting community and bank events.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role
High School diploma or GED required
Intermediate computer skills
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

Build lasting relationships with customers, discovering their financial needs and tailoring product and service recommendations
Collaborate with business partners (Mortgage, Wealth Management) to connect customers to experts who can help with specialized needs
Operate a teller drawer serving customers in the lobby/drive-up
Open accounts, perform account maintenance and assist customers with digital products
Recognize potential fraud and other risks
Depending on the shift, you might be responsible for bank opening/closing
Helping support community and bank events
