About The Position

Wintrust is seeking a full-time Relationship Banker to join Wisconsin's Bank®. As a Relationship Banker, you will build and retain meaningful relationships with customers, using your financial knowledge to recommend thoughtful solutions to meet their needs. This dual role contributes to the branch's success by building lasting relationships, discovering financial needs, tailoring product recommendations, collaborating with business partners, operating a teller drawer, opening accounts, performing account maintenance, assisting with digital products, recognizing potential fraud, and potentially handling bank opening/closing depending on the shift. You will also help support community and bank events.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role
High School diploma or GED required
Intermediate computer skills
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

Build and retain meaningful relationships with customers.
Use financial knowledge to recommend thoughtful solutions to meet customer needs.
Discover customer financial needs and tailor product and service recommendations.
Collaborate with business partners (Mortgage, Wealth Management) to connect customers to experts.
Operate a teller drawer serving customers in the lobby/drive-up.
Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital products.
Recognize potential fraud and other risks.
Depending on the shift, be responsible for bank opening/closing.
Help support community and bank events.
