About The Position

At Chase, Relationship Bankers create memorable experiences for clients and employees by making them feel welcomed, valued, and understood. They build lasting relationships by doing the right thing, exceeding expectations, and embracing diversity and inclusion. In a Chase branch, the Relationship Banker represents the brand and culture with hospitality, combining current banking solutions and financial technology with friendly, attentive service. The role leads efforts to acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer solutions that address clients’ needs and contribute to branch success.
