Relationship Banker (Senior Teller)

The Relationship Banker plays a crucial role as the first impression for our customers, assisting them with their banking needs, including processing transactions, managing accounts, referring to affiliates, and performing general office and banking tasks. This distinguished role involves enhancing customer experience by making loans, opening new accounts, cross-selling services, and resolving problems. Building strong customer relationships is key to account retention.
Requirements
- One year certificate from a college or technical school, OR a combination of education and experience
- 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to learn new tasks
- Ability to follow-up
- Regular standing and walking

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their banking needs
