As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, including property management companies and self-managed communities. You will need to be knowledgeable of treasury management products and quickly learn new products and services. Your role will involve training clients on bank products, providing troubleshooting and assistance with software and integration, and delivering excellent customer service. You will build client trust, provide accurate information, and navigate challenging situations. You will support the Operations Manager in account opening and closing for various account types, including CDARS, ICS, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Checking, and Money Market accounts. You will utilize all available resources to assist clients with account payment research and lockbox inquiries, and assist with association transitions between management companies. Daily reports will be used to ensure timely processing of insufficient funds and non-posted transactions according to established procedures. You will maintain organization using systems and tracking tools to ensure all requests are completed and deliver exceptional client experiences. Strong task management and professionalism are essential. Collaboration within a team structure is expected, including assisting other team members to balance workload and actively supporting the team to achieve performance goals. Maintaining a working knowledge of relevant federal banking regulations, bank policies, and procedures is crucial. Building trust and relationships with clients and the Sales Team is key to the organic growth of deposits. Active participation in bank training and demonstration of learned knowledge is required.
