About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The role serves customers across segments, including affluent customers, as the primary point of contact for everyday banking needs, products, and services through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The banker helps customers progress toward financial goals through planning, digital engagement, and tailored deposit, credit, and investment solutions, while supporting everyday banking activities such as opening accounts and handling service requests. The Relationship Banker builds customer credibility and loyalty through discovery conversations, proactive engagement, and long-term relationship management. Working collaboratively in a branch environment, the banker partners with colleagues across Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to connect customers with appropriate solutions. Success depends on strong relationship skills, customer outreach, and coordinated referrals that support informed financial decisions and a differentiated customer experience. The Relationship Banker LP (license pending) role is temporary until the employee successfully completes licensing and SAFE requirements. Employees hired into that role who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program and transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role after successful completion.
