About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The role serves as a primary point of contact for customers across all segments, including affluent customers, supporting everyday banking needs through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The banker helps customers work toward financial goals by conducting discovery conversations, providing planning and digital banking guidance, and offering customized deposit, credit, and investment solutions. The position also supports routine banking activities, including opening accounts and resolving service requests. The Relationship Banker builds customer credibility and loyalty, develops long-term relationships, and works collaboratively with branch colleagues and partners in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to coordinate appropriate referrals and integrated solutions. The role requires a customer-focused, consultative approach and strong attention to risk, documentation, policies, and regulatory requirements. The Relationship Banker LP (license pending) designation is temporary until the employee completes required licensing and SAFE requirements. Employees hired into that designation who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program and transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role after successful completion. Required FINRA licenses must be obtained and maintained for continued employment. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
