As a Relationship/Personal Banker/Member Service Representative (MSR), you will be the face of the branch and a trusted financial partner. This role combines service, sales, and problem-solving to assist members in navigating their financial journeys.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recent experience in a bank or credit union
- Hands-on experience with teller transactions, new account openings, and consumer lending
- 2+ years cross-selling and referring financial products
- Clear, friendly communication—professional yet approachable
- Comfortable learning and using multiple systems and platforms
- Monday–Saturday availability
- Weekdays between 8:30 AM–6:30 PM and Saturdays 8:30 AM–2:30 PM
Nice To Haves
- Fluency in the Spanish Language
- Mandarin Fluency
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional experiences by handling teller transactions with accuracy and care
- Open new accounts and guide members through consumer loan applications
- Proactively recommend products and services that truly fit member needs
- Resolve questions and concerns with a consultative, relationship-focused approach
- Create trust that lasts beyond the transaction—and keeps members coming back
