Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols of the shopping center, including interior and exterior areas.
Monitor entrances, exits, and parking lots for suspicious activity.
Ensure that all areas are secure and free from potential hazards
Operate and monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras.
Report any unusual activity or security breaches to the appropriate authorities.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, such as medical emergencies, fires, or disturbances.
Provide first aid or assistance to injured individuals until medical personnel arrive.
Prepare and maintain detailed incident reports for any occurrences during the shift.
Enforce shopping center policies, rules, and regulations.
Address and resolve conflicts or disturbances in a professional manner.
