The Relationship Banker role is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, fostering and strengthening retail banking customer relationships, and coordinating sales efforts across various lines of business. This role acts as a personal banker, utilizing a contact management philosophy to strengthen relationships, offer suitable products and services, and provide excellent customer service. The Relationship Banker will execute retail banking initiatives through consultative relationship management, cross-sell products and services, and perform related clerical functions. They will originate, retain, and maintain customer accounts, address customer inquiries, and complete transactions promptly and accurately. Additionally, this role will act as an advocate for digital product adoption, assist Branch Management with daily operations, and complete ongoing training to maintain product knowledge and sales skills. Maintaining awareness of and adherence to the Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts is crucial. Travel within the Park National footprint is expected.
