About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The banker also supports routine banking activities such as opening accounts and handling service requests. The position focuses on building lasting customer relationships through discovery-driven conversations, consultative advice, and proactive relationship management. The banker collaborates with colleagues and partners in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to coordinate referrals and deliver integrated solutions in a team-oriented branch environment. The role also promotes digital banking, resolves customer inquiries within authorized limits, and follows risk, compliance, documentation, and escalation requirements. The Relationship Banker LP (license pending) role is temporary until the employee completes the required licensing and SAFE requirements; successful completion leads to transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role. Required FINRA and state insurance licenses must be active or completed within the designated timeframe, and maintaining required licenses is necessary for continued employment. SAFE registration is required at employment, with Wells Fargo initiating the process after the start date. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The schedule will include most Saturdays.
