About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The role serves customers across all segments, including affluent customers, as their primary point of contact for everyday banking needs, products, and services. Through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach, the banker helps customers work toward financial goals with planning, digital engagement, and customized deposit, credit, and investment solutions. The role also supports everyday banking activities such as opening accounts and handling service requests, while delivering a seamless experience. The Relationship Banker builds customer credibility and loyalty through discovery conversations, proactive engagement, and long-term partnerships. Working in a collaborative branch environment, the banker partners with colleagues across Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to identify and coordinate appropriate solutions and referrals. Success relies on relationship-building, sound judgment, and an ability to support informed customer decisions. The Relationship Banker LP (license pending) role is temporary until the employee successfully completes licensing and SAFE requirements. Employees then transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role. Employees who are not fully licensed when hired into the LP role participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program. Required licenses must be obtained and maintained for continued employment. SAFE registration is required at employment, and Wells Fargo initiates the registration process after the employee’s start date. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
