The Relationship Banker is responsible for providing an industry-leading client service experience both in person and on the phone. This role involves developing and expanding new and existing client relationships by offering financial solutions that meet client needs through consultative conversations. The position also involves referring clients to other business partners for additional business growth opportunities and may require cross-training to perform teller duties as needed. The role requires advanced proficiency in client maintenance, problem resolution, and sales functions related to various product and service lines. It also involves contributing to branch sales targets, supporting the team sales process, and continuously advancing knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge.
