About The Position

BSNB is seeking a Relationship Banker II to provide customer service and identify financial products and solutions that meet customers’ needs at branches in the Capital District. The role handles deposit and loan transactions, cash receipts and payments, and other service functions. It also involves opening and closing personal accounts, renewing Certificates of Deposit (CDs), and processing other complex transactions. The Relationship Banker II serves as a backup to the Relationship Manager and must be able to operate the branch independently, including handling branch operations and supervising staff. Work at other branch locations may be required. Branches operate Monday through Saturday, and Saturday availability is required.

Requirements

At least an Associate's Degree.
Prior experience in a sales- and/or service-oriented environment.
Prior cash-handling experience.
One to three years of experience in a customer-focused setting; banking experience is preferred.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask.
Availability to work Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

A Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
Banking experience.

Responsibilities
