Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional banking or financial certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in banking, retail, or customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and financial services
• Open new customer accounts
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
• Maintain knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure all transactions are properly recorded
• Promote and cross-sell bank products to enhance customer relationships
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service
• Adhere to security and confidentiality policies to protect customer information
