The bank is headquartered in Hudson and has four additional offices to serve its customers -- Elmwood, Menomonie, Roberts, and Woodville. There may be other daily and on demand duties as necessary. Requirements
- Two to five years of similar or related experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Communicate effectively while selling products and services to current and prospective customers.
- Learn new things quickly and multi-task.
- Strong computer skills and able to work in an environment with frequent interruptions.
- Applicants should also have money handling skills and enjoy working with the public.
Nice To Haves
- Prior banking experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop business and retail relationships, through expanding existing customer relationships, referrals, or prospecting and networking efforts
- Open and close deposit accounts and complete required documentation
- Serve as a vital point of contact for our customers
- Help customers in-person, over the phone, or online with any banking needs they have
- Explain, promote, and sell bank products and services
