This includes marketing Simmons solutions through daily interactions, outbound calling, business visits, networking events, and 'At Work' events. Relationship Bankers are expected to meet or exceed individual and branch goals and may also assist clients with account service, maintenance, teller transactions, and problem resolution. All Relationship Banker positions receive comprehensive training on products, services, and needs-based conversations.
