This role involves assessing financial needs, marketing solutions through daily interactions, outbound calling, business visits, networking events, and 'At Work' events. Relationship Bankers are expected to achieve and/or exceed established individual and branch goals, and may also assist clients with account service, maintenance requests, teller transactions, and problem resolution. All RBs receive comprehensive training on products, services, and needs-based conversations.
