About The Position

The Relationship Banker I will work with others by building and maintaining relationships, operating as an effective communicator who can stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. This role performs detailed work as a major focus, handling details quickly, correctly, and efficiently within established guidelines, and actively participating in maintaining guidelines, structure, and established policies. The Relationship Banker I will have the opportunity to meet and provide exceptional client service to a diverse audience. This includes developing relationships with business partners and clients, introducing clients to new products, services, and digital solutions using the latest technology (tablets, smartphones, laptops). The role requires demonstrating a strong knowledge of banking product options and providing a broad base of financial services. Additionally, Relationship Bankers are expected to assist other departments as needed, build rapport with clients and associates, and treat others with respect and consideration.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience.
  • 6+ Months of demonstrated successful sales experience.
  • Bilingual language skills.
  • Passionate and motivated self-starter.
  • A passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bank.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately.
  • Ability to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages.
