This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor position in Industrial Relations (ADM3734A) for the Fall 2026 semester at the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa. The course covers theories of industrial relations, structures and functions of trade unions, employer-employee relations, labor legislation and policies, collective agreement negotiation and administration, and negotiation outcomes. The course will be delivered in person, but the mode of instruction may change due to health or other reasons.
