Investigate denied or disputed claims to uncover root causes, recommending smarter workflows that prevent future delays. Empower our internal staff by serving as the go-to expert, providing clear coaching and training on proper coding and reimbursement guidelines. Partner seamlessly with external agencies and internal teams to navigate third-party audits with transparency and confidence.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Nice To Haves
- Insurance follow up experience highly preferable
- Knowledge of filing appeals with insurance companies
