About The Position
This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis. These positions will be used to rework product using knives/scissors to upgrade product to specifications. Team Members will be trained to use proper equipment (knives/scissors) to upgrade/rework product. Also, must be able to stand at the line for entire shift, visually inspect the product. This position will require periodic being, lifting, turning pulling, and twisting. Must be able to work in warm/cold and wet environment.

- Maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture.
- Receive training as required.
- Perform various positions as required/assigned.
- Provide guidance and ensure compliance with management directives to Team Members on a daily basis.
- Rework product using knives/scissors to upgrade product to specifications.
- Stand at the line for the entire shift.
- Visually inspect the product.
- Perform periodic being, lifting, turning, pulling, and twisting.
