About The Position

This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

• Must be able to work around moving belts and shackles.
• Must be able to perform receptive grasping with hands.
• Must be able to lift and raise hands above shoulder level.
• Must be able to stand at the line for the entire shift.
• Must be able to visually inspect the product.
• Must be able to perform periodic bending, lifting, turning, pulling, and twisting.
• Must be able to work in a warm/cold and wet environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture.
• Receive training as required.
• Perform various positions as required/assigned.
• Rehanging birds into moving shackles at 28 birds per minute.
• Visually inspect line for empty shackles.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
