About The Position

This position is responsible for stacking of product while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. This position pays $18.20/hr. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Must be able to work around moving belts, and shackles.
Must be able to stand at the line for entire shift.
Must be able to work in warm/cold and wet environment.

Responsibilities

Rehanging birds into moving shackles at 28 birds per minute.
Visually inspect line for empty shackles.
Perform receptive grasping with hands.
Lifting.
Raising hands above shoulder level.
Standing at the line for entire shift.
Visually inspect the product.
Periodic being, lifting, turning, pulling, and twisting.
Work in warm/cold and wet environment.
Stacking of product while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Receive training as required.
Perform various positions as required/assigned.
Providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis.
