About The Position

This position is responsible for stacking of product while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. This position pays $18.20/hr. Functions To maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture. Receive training as required. Perform various positions as required/assigned. Description This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis. Tasks This position is responsible for rehanging birds into moving shackles at 28 birds per minute. Also visually inspect line for empty shackles and any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Must be able to work around moving belts and shackles.
Perform receptive grasping with hands.
Lifting and raising hands above shoulder level.
Must be able to stand at the line for entire shift.
Visually inspect the product.
Must be able to work in warm/cold and wet environment.
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Periodic being, lifting, turning, pulling, and twisting.
