About The Position
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Must be able to understand and follow all safety rules. Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions. Must be willing to work in damp, cold, or hot environments and reach above shoulder level. Must be able to perform the duties of the position. Must be willing to stand for 8–10 hours a day. Must wear required PPE, including ear protection (plugs or muffs), a hair net, and a beard guard. Must be able to maneuver freely as needed. Must have good hand-eye coordination. Must be willing to climb up and down steps or stairs to access work areas when necessary. Certain roles at Tyson require background checks.
