Rehabilitation / Vocational Specialist
About The Position
Join the Southwest Network Team as a Rehabilitation Specialist and provide support to members to help them increase their employment and independent living skills. You will work in partnership with a vocational rehabilitation counselor, community rehabilitation program providers, and other parties to help members increase or maintain involvement in learning, working, and social activities. You will also work closely with the clinical team to ensure all services in members’ individual service plans are implemented. This role is part of the Adult Services Division, which helps adults with serious mental illness achieve recovery and success by supporting their mental and physical health, relationships, housing, purpose, belonging, and hope for the future.
Requirements
- Master's or bachelor's degree with a behavioral health or related field OR Bachelor's degree in a non-related field PLUS one year related experience OR Associate's degree in any field PLUS one year related experience OR High school diploma or equivalency certificate PLUS three years' related experience
- Minimum one year experience working with seriously mentally ill (SMI) adults
- Experience with vocational, rehabilitation, educational, and social services for SMI adults required
- Must maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications
- Must maintain a valid Arizona driver's license and car insurance
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
