About The Position
NHC HealthCare Mauldin in Greenville, South Carolina, is hiring an RN to manage its 52-bed rehabilitation unit. The facility is a 180-bed post-acute and long-term care facility. The role is suited to a nurse passionate about caring for the geriatric population and providing excellent nursing care. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with one rotating on-call day each month.
Requirements
- Be a registered nurse (RN).
- Have patient-focused skilled nursing experience.
- Possess superior communication skills.
- Have a caring, compassionate, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Supervise RNs, LPNs, and other nursing partners.
- Ensure appropriate nursing care is administered.
- Perform clinical and administrative tasks, including wound management, falls tracking, and overseeing unit admissions and discharges.
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and weekly facility meetings.
