About The Position
NHC HealthCare Mauldin is seeking a Rehabilitation Unit Nurse Manager RN to manage a 52-bed rehabilitation unit at its 180-bed post-acute and long-term care facility in Greenville, South Carolina. The role focuses on providing excellent nursing care to the geriatric population and overseeing clinical and administrative operations on the unit. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one rotating on-call day each month. The qualified candidate is well-rounded, has patient-focused skilled nursing experience, communicates effectively, and brings a caring, compassionate, positive, dependable, and flexible approach to senior care.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Supervise RNs, LPNs, and other nursing partners.
- Ensure appropriate nursing care is administered.
- Perform clinical and administrative tasks, including wound management and falls tracking.
- Oversee unit admissions and discharges.
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and families.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and weekly meetings within the facility.
