About The Position

Inova Fairfax Hospital Outpatient Pediatrics Rehabilitation is looking for a dedicated Rehabilitation Services Technician to join our team. This role will be Full-Time, Day Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm. Inova is consistently ranked a national healthcare leader in safety, quality and patient experience. Requirements

• High School or GED
• BLS from the American Heart Association required upon start.

• Experience in the clinical and/or rehab setting

Responsibilities

• Adheres to facility policy in the maintenance of patient care areas, equipment, and supplies.
• Assists with patient care under the guidance/direction of a licensed rehab professional while demonstrating essential skill competencies in the use of patient care modalities.
• Communicates effectively via written and verbal communication with patients, families, medical staff, healthcare team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.
• Completes all administrative and other responsibilities in support of the operating unit.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
