About The Position
PAM Health is seeking a PRN Rehabilitation Technician to care for a diverse patient population. The role supports chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. The ideal candidate has prior inpatient hospital experience or a commitment to learn. Under the direct supervision of a Therapist or Therapy Assistant, the Rehabilitation Technician participates in patient activities, adapts to departmental needs, and provides clerical backup as needed.
Requirements
- Current BLS certification is required.
- No prior experience is required.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior healthcare experience is highly preferred.
- Prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.
Responsibilities
- Participate in patient activities under the direct supervision of a Therapist or Therapy Assistant.
- Remain flexible to meet the needs of the department.
- Provide clerical backup to the department as needed.
