Rehab & Support Staff
About The Position
Winds of Change Mental Health Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Rehabilitation Support Staff to help individuals living with mental health challenges build the skills, confidence, and independence needed to achieve their recovery goals. As a Rehabilitation Support Worker, you'll work one-on-one and in group settings to support clients in their recovery journey. You'll help individuals develop daily living skills, connect with community resources, and overcome barriers while fostering independence and personal growth. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Provide encouragement, coaching, and direct support to individuals in recovery
- Assist clients with daily living skills, including shopping, budgeting, meal planning, and personal wellness
- Transport clients to appointments, community activities, and other essential services
- Facilitate and participate in therapeutic groups and wellness activities
- Work collaboratively with Case Managers, Therapists, and other members of the treatment team
- Complete documentation and maintain accurate service records
- Create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment that promotes recovery and independence
