Rehabilitation Services Manager
About The Position
The Rehab Manager supports and assists in the development of the Rehabilitative Program area assigned through effective management of fiscal, human and physical resources. Rehabilitation Services at Desert Regional Medical Center may include the provision of physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy to patients on acute units, Acute Rehab, the Skilled Nursing Facility, and the Sub-Acute Rehab and in the Out-Patient Program. These programs provide services to include wound care, orthopedic, pediatrics, medical, medical-surgical, wound Care, cardiac and neuro-rehab. Desert Care Network serves the healthcare needs of the Coachella Valley and Morongo Basin regions in Southern California with three hospitals Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, JFK Memorial Hospital in Indio and Hi-Desert Medical Center in Joshua Tree. The hospital network provides advanced care with services such as comprehensive stroke care, a cancer center, a Level 1 Trauma Center and the only Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in the Coachella Valley.
