BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Rehabilitation Manager (SLP, PT, or OT required) for our Wilmington, DE Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients. The role involves providing care with the highest professional, ethical, and safety standards, and using leadership and mentoring skills to make a difference in people's lives. Requirements
- Speech Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist required.
- Supervisory experience.
- Home Health field experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Supervise a team of field clinicians.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new clinicians.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
