About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Rehabilitation Manager (SLP, PT, or OT required) for our Wilmington, DE Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients. The role involves leading, inspiring, and motivating a team of field clinicians, supervising them, facilitating new hire orientation and training, and coordinating/delivering in-services for field staff. Requirements

• Speech Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist required.
• Supervisory experience.
• Home Health field experience is required

Responsibilities
