About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Rehabilitation Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple regions. This role balances operational leadership with clinical oversight, ensuring a multi-state team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs provides exceptional care while meeting productivity and regulatory standards. You will serve as the bridge between clinical staff and senior leadership, driving departmental goals and maintaining documentation integrity.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree required
• Valid license to practice Therapy in Massachusetts, Colorado, and/or Iowa.
• Home Care experience is required.
• Current CPR Certification and a valid Driver’s License.

Nice To Haves

• Doctorate preferred
• 5+ years of Therapy experience
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a Rehab setting

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for the Rehab Department, including staff scheduling and productivity monitoring.
• Oversee a multidisciplinary team; responsible for interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Audit clinical documentation and ensure services align with state/federal regulations.
• Maintain a limited patient caseload and perform supervisory visits to ensure clinical continuity.
• Travel to various states to assist with staff onboarding and annual competencies.
