About The Position

CentraState Healthcare System has an employment opportunity available for a Rehabilitation Aide. This key role provides logistical and departmental support to Rehab. Additionally, the aide assists therapists in delivery of patient care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated patient care abilities.
• Strong customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists the therapist in a timely manner.
• Maintains the department in ready manner and checks department for clutter before shift ends.
• Orders supplies in a timely manner and follows through.
• Transports patients as necessary to and from department.
• Provides therapists with consistent feedback of patient flow.
• Maintains productivity within guidelines set by department.
• Assists with patient scheduling.
• Performs general sanitation of rehab equipment.
