Physical Therapist - Marlboro Outpatient
About The Position
CentraState Healthcare System is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join their outpatient clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. This position emphasizes patient-centered care, functional rehabilitation, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to help patients regain optimal mobility and function. Strong communication skills, clinical reasoning, and a commitment to evidence-based practice are essential.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
- Current state licensure or eligibility.
- Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
- Collaborate with referring providers and clinical team members.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and documentation standards.
