About The Position

The Cardiac Rehabilitation Aide implements Phase I Cardiac Rehabilitation Services in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as direction from the Manager of Rehabilitation Services. The role supports maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care. The position is with Providence St. Patrick Hospital, within Providence’s patient-focused, whole-person care environment.

Requirements

• Upon hire, hold National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of or experience in cardiac rehabilitation, preferably in a hospital or university education setting.
• Nursing or physical therapy student, EMT, or current CNA.

• Implement Phase I Cardiac Rehabilitation Services in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, regulations, and direction from the Manager of Rehabilitation Services.
