About The Position
CentraState Medical Center currently has an employment opportunity available for a Rehabilitation Aide. This position provides logistical and departmental support to the Rehabilitation team and assists therapists in the delivery of patient care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare preferred.
- Demonstrated patient care abilities.
- Strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Assists the therapist in a timely manner.
- Maintains the department in ready manner and checks department for clutter before shift ends.
- Orders supplies in a timely manner and follows through.
- Transports patients as necessary to and from department.
- Provides therapists with consistent feedback of patient flow.
- Maintains productivity within guidelines set by department.
- Assists with patient scheduling.
- Performs general sanitation of rehab equipment.
